C and T do not miss a detail! This apartment is second to none. It is an 18-minute drive to Unity Hospital. You will love the luxurious stay, from the toiletries to the linens. I can not thank the two of you enough for being so accommodating. Eevee and I will definitely look you up if we travel back to Rochester!

Collin’s place was a beautiful retreat to stay! We were so happy to find a dog friendly property that was cleaned so nicely. This was our 2nd time staying at Collin’s place. Five stars all around! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. Collin was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations and making us feel right at home. We enjoyed the coziness and updated space for our stay to visit family in Rochester. It was updated with comfortable furniture/beds and all of the amenities we needed, from shampoo to coffee maker – you name it. The area is walkable to local restaurants and a short drive to many attractions downtown. Collin is a communicative and amazing host!

As long time vrbo renters, this was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in. Uncluttered and well equiped. Beds were excellent. Beautiful TV. Neighborhood is adorable. Houses are close but privacy issues are well addressed. Came for Thanksgiving as we have family in the area. Will definitely be back. Thank you,

The house was perfect. Communication was great. Bigger than pictured with plenty of space. We were welcomed with snacks/wine and dog bowls for the dog. The host has thought of everything you could possibly want/need. We didn’t expect everything would be stocked. I had to work from home one morning and the wifi was and workstation worked well. Beds were comfy. Tv already signed in to Netflix. Soap/paper products/laundry detergent. Back yard was so peaceful. Front porch just as nice and quiet cute neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Condiments in the fridge. Coffee! I could go on and on. Impressed with the attention to detail and how perfect this place was for our needs. I am hard to please! Can’t wait to return.
